Because you know how much I love lists, here's a list of things that I want to do in this short life of mine - starting with a list that I made during my gap year in 2009:
Jess and I are planning a RTW trip for a couple of years from now. I honestly cannot wait for it, I'm already in the process of planning even though it won't be for a couple of years. Here's my first draft of things that I want to do during my travels:
- Cook a Christmas dinner successfully
- Get a degree
- Learn to snowboard
- Own a puppy
- Go on a road trip
Have a meaningful conversation with a strangerLive in a totally new countryGo to an Arctic Monkeys concert- Be an extra in a movie
- Get something published
- Water-ski
- Go to Carnival in Rio
- Create my family tree
- See the Northern Lights
- Learn to speak a foreign tongue
Get a tattoo- Read all the books on the BBC Big Read list (ambitious!)
- Learn to play the drums
- Go to 7 gigs in 7 nights
- Donate money and get my name on something
- See a show on ice
- Go to 30 countries
- Learn the rules of American football
- Swim with dolphins
- Take a hot air balloon ride
- Go to 30 American states
Have a Harry Potter movie marathon- Go to New Zealand

- Celebrate St. Paddy's Day in true Irish style (I was on antibiotics for St. Paddy's Day 2013, so I wasn't able to party like the Irish! Guess that means that I'll have to come back some other time)
